If you have a PC running Windows XP or Vista, you can use an FTP client like SmartFtp, FileZilla or WinFTP with the settings:
- Host: ftp.synetmedia.com
- Username: synetguest
- Password: synetguest
After logging in, Create a New Folder and name it Your Company Name or, if you've sent us files before, open your existing company folder. When you've finished uploading, please send an email to sales@synetmedia.com to alert us that you've uploaded files.
If you prefer, you can use the FTP client built into Windows by following the instructions below:
- Right-Click on the Start button.
- Select Explore from the right-click menu
- This will open a Windows Explorer window
- In the Address Bar, enter ftp://ftp.synetmedia.com
- You will be prompted to enter a username and password, please use the following:
- Username: synetguest
- Password: synetguest
- After logging in, Create a New Folder and name it Your Company Name or, if you've sent us files before, open your existing company folder
- You can drag and drop files into this window as if it were a file on your own computer
- When you've finished uploading, please send an email to sales@synetmedia.com to alert us that you've uploaded files

If you have a Mac, you can use an FTP client like Cyberduck, FileZilla or Fetch Softworks with the settings:
- Host: ftp.synetmedia.com
- Username: synetguest
- Password: synetguest
After logging in, Create a New Folder and name it Your Company Name or, if you've sent us files before, open your existing company folder. When you've finished uploading, please send an email to sales@synetmedia.com to alert us that you've uploaded files.
